All returns must be accompanied with a copy of original invoice. Returns without a copy of the invoice will not be accepted, and will be returned to the sender. All persons wishing to do a return must have an authorization number which can be obtained by calling (425) 652 9652.  Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted, and will be returned to the sender. Once you have obtained an authorization number you can mail in your return. Please be sure to include your authorization number with your return which should be written on the copy of the original invoice.

Terms:
All claims of shortage or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product. In the event Beading House Inc. hires an attorney or collection agency for the purpose of collecting amounts due under terms of this agreement, the buyer agrees to pay all attorney fees, collection fees and all incurred court costs. Interest will be charged on all delinquent accounts at the highest rate allowed by law.

Beading House Inc. reserves the right to change prices without prior notification.

Additional Terms:
Items purchased from mail order that need to be returned must be mailed to the offices of Beading House Inc.  Items purchased from mail order cannot be returned at the trade shows.

Shipping costs associated with returns regardless of conditions shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Beading House Inc. will not reimburse shipping costs for items returned.

International Orders:
There is a $200 USD minimum order for all international orders. All international orders must be paid for in advance by money order. Once payment has been received, we will process and ship your order.
